If you work with sponsors, you probably get asked for the same things over and over. How many people came. How many leads. Maybe a list of scans. You know that is not the full picture. It does not really show who was in the room, what they cared about or why your event is the right place for a sponsor to show up.

In this fireside chat, hear from Jon Squire from Crowd Connected to have a practical conversation about using attendance data as more than a tally. We will look at how session choices, room patterns and repeat behavior start to form simple personas you can act on. We will talk about how those personas support smarter sponsorship sales, better sponsor messaging and more thoughtful program design.

The goal is for you to leave with a few concrete ideas like how to reframe one report around “who” instead of “how many,” sketching starter personas from your last event, or tweaking a sponsor pitch to show you understand their ideal customer.
